A hearty congratulations to my clients Bob and Sue on their new home in Manzanita. While they have had a place at the beach for 20 plus years, they were always eyeing a few properties on the Ridge that would have great views. Well after 20 years, their dream house came on the market and they were on it. After showing them homes for several years, they never had shared there was one house in particular that had always caught their eye. Bob laughs at me since I looked shocked when he said “let’s make an offer.” I do have to say I was completely surprised as there already was an offer in on the property.
