The early spring Portland market is HERE, people! This gorgeous updated American Foursquare Craftsman just sold for $82K over list price after only four days on the market! We first launched it in September 2023 right before interest rates jumped to the highest they’ve been in decades, over 8%. Needless to say, activity was a little slow even if there were no real objections to the house.
