About Beaumont-Wilshire

A Sincere Village

On a sweet strip of NE Fremont between NE 33rd and NE 50th Avenues, sits a village largely untouched by the hipsterdom present in most inner Portland neighborhoods. Sure Beaumont Village is lined with cafes, a couple cool bars, and retail shops, but it has more of a timeless, throwback vibe. The street largely serves neighbors in the Beaumont-Wilshire neighborhood. Surrounding Fremont, the homes are generally classics built in the early 1900s. You’ll find a few mid-century beauties sprinkled throughout. Head south and you’ll run into Alameda Ridge, a nice place to gawk at some of the most expensive homes in Portland with gorgeous views of the city.
