Congratulations to Marti and Tom on their beautiful new beach home in Arch Cape. It was a litttle bumpy getting here, but the end result is paid off. With such low inventory, we wrote offers on several home all over asking, but each time in the multiple offer scenario we came in second. Marti and Tom hung in there and fly in from Texas and New York at times with short notice to get their vacation home. The home in Arch Cape meets almost all of the boxes. Ocean view, forest view and plenty of space for family and friends to visit. Also, very important was a good path to walk to the beach.
