Jeff , Jennifer and their family were on Spring Break, staying in a rental next door when they reached out to view the next door. The Lake Lytle waterfront home was a perfect fit for the family. With four outdoor areas, open great room with views of the mountain and of Lake Lytle – they decided to move forward with an offer. Unfortunately, they couldn’t reach an agreement.
