I’m so honored that Brandon and Sean trusted us with their first home purchase. I know Brandon from years of working in the Portland theatre world. One of my favorite memories is that he called me in to audition to be the guitarist at Portland Center Stage for one of my all-time favorite life experiences, performing in “It Ain’t Nothin But the Blues”. I actually can’t remember doing less in a show, personally. I’m thrilled to have helped Brandon with something unforgettable in his life too. Sitting on an oversized lot right at the base of Rocky Butte, this lovely home is an exquisite blend of style and warmth. From oversized picture windows in the living and kitchen areas to the luxurious bedrooms, things just keep getting better. The home was given all new hardwood floors in December 2020. The backyard is wonderfully spacious and comes with raised beds, vegetable garden, and even a chicken coop–perfect for the urban gardener in all of us. I know Brandon and Sean will make this quite an amazing home for themselves indeed. Congratulations!
