On the one hand I am thrilled for my clients. We just completed the sale of their home and it couldn’t have been a better outcome. Multiple offers that drove the price way over asking and then a simple and easy repair negotiation process with limited concessions. What makes it bittersweet however is that some of my dearest friends and oldest clients (we worked together 15 years ago) are leaving Portland for New Mexico. While I plan to visit New Mexico more often now, I am sad to know my good friends will no longer be part of the northeast community. They will be missed, but never forgotten.
