A huge congratulations are in order for my clients Patrick and Cory for closing on their adorable home in Gladstone today! They’d been hoping to sell and move somewhere a bit larger for a while now. They found a home in Woodburn that had accepted their offer but it meant we had to list this home and fast! Luckily, they’ve taken such good care of it that it received 3 offers the day it was listed. From there to here, these folks have been amazing. What an awesome way to start the New Year off!
