Congratulations to Kate and Gareth! They are good friends of mine and I was so happy to assist them to sell their gorgeous piece of land in NW. A blank canvas always carries so much potential. The new buyers will enjoy just that. Its prime location backing up to Forest Park makes this the perfect place for a dream home to stand.
