Just Sold! Nifty & Neighborly in Nob Hill

Errol and Louise are amazing folks. Now Hawaiian residents, they spent a lot of time in The Rose City before moving. Today, they just sold their awesome condo in beautiful Nob Hill. The home features a great open floor plan and sits at the top floor of a historic building. Throughout this transaction we went through both mellow periods and lots of interest at other times until the right buyers found it. I am so thankful to them for their trust in our team and patience to see this through until the end. Errol and Louise, I hope we can sip a mai tai in celebration the next time I am in Hawaii.
