A huge congratulations to Beth and Stephen who are finishing out the week with a closing. Their lovely townhome in the desirable Quimby Townhomes Complex just sold! These folks were the best of clients to work with. They stuck with it for the long run, patiently awaiting a dip in the market and being rewarded when buyers came back out in spades. The home is lovely and open with tons of light while being insulated from the street and noise. Near NW 23rd and 21st, it’s got plenty of culture and charm just outside the door.
