Congratulations to Barry and Bev on the sale of their Beach Retreat. This home really had all the components of a beach retreat. It is located on a quiet street up out of the tsunami zone with the back deck facing out to the Neahkahnie Mountain and small peaks of ocean between the trees. What I loved most about this home was the large extended deck on the back with hot tub tucked into the trees. The setting made you feel like you were in a treehouse and the sounds of the ocean completed the feel of your own private retreat. While they will miss this little gem, they now were able to secure a summer home in PDX to be closer to their children and grand children. Dave Leach, Broker Living Room Realty
