This tri-level sweetheart didn’t even hit the market before we got under contract! How you ask? One of the neighbors told a broker friend of theirs that it was coming on the market and she told some of her clients who had just missed out on a house in that same neighborhood who were like “oh yeah baby let’s pounce” and so the pouncing commenced! Talk about a big win on a loose tie!
