When Doug originally reached out to us, we had our brainstorming session to delve into his home search criteria. This is always such a fun part of the home search process where we get to craft and pin point what the goal in the new home is so that we don’t go off course.  In this case, Doug originally thought that he wanted a condo, but soon came to realize that he could cut down on his mortgage and get a larger home within the city limits so that his best pal Roxie could run and play in the back yard.

So, we set out on Doug & Roxie’s adventure to find the right home that fit both of their needs without going over budget. Doug’s mom was able to come down to watch Roxie while we went home touring and viewed 5 of Doug’s top picks on a hot Saturday afternoon. Then we found it: the unicorn. As soon as we stepped inside the temperature dropped and the immediate feeling was cool and inviting. This was it.

This home quickly became exactly what Doug and Roxie had been searching for. Doug’s mom also was also very excited and already started envisioning herself moving in, which Doug seemed to like that idea especially with more help to watch his beloved Roxie.

We are so happy for you Doug! You were able to find the perfect home that fit both yours and Roxie’s needs for less than your current rent and what you may have paid for if we went the condo route. We are so impressed with your wise judgment and how the whole process went to get you the keys to your new home sweet home in your hands.

Cheers to you Doug and Roxie!
