Unloading and Upgrading

By Living Room Realty, July 19, 2019

What started off as an uncertain scenario quickly turned into one success after another. We just finished situating Mitch & Julie into their beautiful new home, and it was now time to sell the former.  This was a home that their children grew up in but needed some TLC for the market.

They both expressed their concerns about this journey but trusted Jason & I to help guide them in the process of getting it ready for the market. We did careful comparable research and helped Mitch & Julie receive bids of what it would cost to get their home ready for the market and even brought in our trusted contractor to see what his thoughts were.  Soon we arrived upon a price that we knew the market wouldn’t be able to resist, and before we knew it we were in contract and sailing towards the finish line in 2 weeks time.

We couldn’t be happier for Mitch & Julie knowing that the burden of holding 2 mortgage payments is off their shoulders much sooner than they expected. We could physically see the weight lifted off of both of their shoulders and continue to hear amazing stories about what this transition has done for their family. These are the moments that Jason & I truly cherish.

Shine on you beautiful pair!
