I met Mika and Craig over 10 years ago when they were still Portland newbies. In fact, the first time we went to see houses, I picked them up from a hotel! They found a great home near Multnomah Village and as their family grew, it was my privilege to help them grow that home to better fit their needs.
Recently they expressed their desire for a bigger yard and additional space for their two children. It’s always a joy to help clients as their needs change and after some searching, they decided on this beautiful, spacious, Lake Oswego home. Nestled on nearly an acre of land with an expansive deck and a private backyard, they knew they had found the perfect fit for their family.
Soon after, I helped them put their first home on the market and it went pending in 2 days with multiple offers! I always work toward a seamless transition for my clients and in this case their purchase and sale were just that. It’s been an honor to help Mika and Craig over the years and I’m so excited that they have found the perfect place to call their forever home.
