Melissa and Travis certainly weren’t planning on buying their first home during a global pandemic when they began their home search back in December. They’ve been working towards home ownership for the last several years. Saving their money for their downpayment and attending the home ownership education program offered by Hacienda CDC, they were finally ready to make the leap and turn their dream into a reality. Giving these two keys today has been the highlight of my month and has reminded me why I do what I do; to help folks like Melissa and Travis navigate the process of buying their very own home!
