I could not be happier for my first time homebuyers…we beat out 15 offers and we weren’t even the highest!! Navigating this crazy market is so difficult, but they quickly understood what it would take to get into contract. Offering a great price, and better terms combined with a phenomenal lender made it all come together. There’s not many wins out there for buyers these days…so it makes the ones you do get all the sweeter!
