James and Bianca were looking to make a big, life changing move to the mid-west. They are neighbors, one street down from me, and we’ve always been happy to see each other in passing. When they decided to move, they contacted me to talk over their plans and see about listing their house. We game planned how to get their house market ready, and they went to work on paring down their possessions and packing, while also prepping/cleaning. Their house has one bathroom, so we decided to put some love into making it shine.

They found a great off market home where they were moving to, and so we hit the ground running. They listed on a Wednesday night, had showings through the weekend, and three great offers by Monday. Unfortunately, the offer selected didn’t move forward through no fault of the sellers, and neither did backup. My sellers were extremely disappointed, and we rebooted and pushed forward with relisting right away. We ended up with another great offer after the weekend, and as the old adage goes, ‘alls well that ends well in real estate’. The new buyers are so excited, and we were still able to close on time for my sellers to keep their other deal intact. James and Bianca are on the road right now, and their home just closed today. I’m so thrilled for my sellers, and the opportunity to help them navigate their way through a complex sell/buy transaction.
