My buyer and I met last summer and spent the fall looking at homes where she could eventually build a cobb house – she was patient and diligent, contacting the City for additional info on houses she was interested in. She was a joy to work with and we just closed yesterday and she moves in today on a sweet ’54 renovated one level ranch w/ a blank slate backyard (to be enhanced in the future). Congrats TS!
