Over a decade ago I helped two of my earliest clients buy their first bungalow in Northeast. After finishing medical training, welcoming two beautiful children into the world and over a decade in the home they simply needed more space. But more space wasn’t going to cut it. They wanted an architecturally rich home, one with history and an ambiance and presence that they could embrace and be proud of for decades to come. We were diligent, we were thorough and then after a couple years of searching, one of Alameda’s most beautiful homes hit the market. Fast forward 45 days after one of the most difficult repair negotiations I have been a party to and we celebrated. Tears, hugs and sentiments shared that were not only indicative of our lengthy friendship but a reference to a lengthy search that proved to be worth every minute spent. 3933 NE 32nd is a jaw dropper and I am so proud to have been able to help my friends become its new stewards.
