If you know the blocks of NE Ainsworth east of 42nd Street then you know its a magical neighborhood. Urban farms where the sense of community is obvious by just driving down the street with your windows open. When a colleague listed a picture perfect Ranchalow in this pocket of Cully my clients and I jumped. Like a dozen other people, we crafted our best offer and with luck on our side, a strong relationship with the listing agent and the perfect collaboration with our extended team, we prevailed! The most amazing part of this story is that my client trusted me from afar. From clear across the country she trusted me, my narrative and a series of photos and video of the home. As a Realtor of almost twenty years I can say proudly that the moment I met my client at the home (well after inspections and prior to closing) she was even more thrilled with the home than she expected to be. This is a brief story about trust and one that serves as a highlight in my life. I truly love my clients and the feeling of gratitude for their trust in me is immense.
