My clients sold their house in Bridlemile this summer, after their last child graduated from high school. They were wanting a house with more land and less neighbors. They looked, found a few houses that they liked but then the dream house came up and we made an offer. We were competing and because the sale was contingent, we only got back up. My clients were devastated. But through a stroke of luck, there was a lot right next door, that had the same view, similar acres and was buildable. We got into another multiple offer situation but won and so now they are owners of a bare lot that they get to build the dream house on, from the ground up. It will be a journey but I am so excited for them. Getting to build a home from the ground up, picking every finish, is such a luxury since it will be exactly what they want, from the heated floors, cabinet and everything else.
