I met Addam at an open house and most of my clients are referrals from my past clients. I really love working with people that already have a level of trust established because I know someone they do, But Addam was a special unicorn. He was kind, funny, trusting and just so much fun to work with, it felt like I have known him forever. I hooked him up with my favorite lender whom I also love working with and we got him into a house that he loves We had to compete for the house but it was meant to be and we won it, offering $100 more than the other offer and a letter to the seller. He is so happy in his new house and I am so grateful to have met him. He is one of my new favorite clients and it was such a joy working with him.
