Oh, I love my clients — this summer has had the perfect culmination of new and repeat clients, from first home buyers to seasoned property investors! This time around, a repeat client of mine called me up, interested in a 1927 duplex in his childhood neighborhood. After a short battle of offers between us and another interested buyer, we upped our offer a final time and won!
