A home purchased and a home sold, it was time for a fresh start for my client and boy, we hit a home run! With two kiddos by her side our goal was to be in their new place by the start of the school year and find a home in a great school district. We knew with having to sell and buy in this fast moving market we needed to be strategic in our approach. It didn’t take long to find their new dream home – a beautifully updated house with plenty of room for the family, plus an amazing backyard and a great price point. It seemed too good to be true after we heard the news that our offer was accepted out of the 11 total offers received! With a new home in the works and a sale pending on their current home, we worked through the process together and in the end the result seemed magical. This sweet family gets the keys to their new home in just a couple short days and their fresh start truly begins!
