A Girl and Her Cat Get Cabin Fever

By Living Room Realty, August 6, 2020

This does not seem uncommon these days.  People are feeling cooped up and desire a larger space to roam, ideally with some private outdoor space to call their own.  My friend Mel and her cat Norway were no different.   Living in a small 1 bed apartment with no outdoor space wasn’t so bad before COVID, but now it seemed too small.  She only looked at four places and found the right home quickly. It was a smooth deal and things went well.

I have known Mel for a long time and I so enjoy the part of my job where I get to reconnect with friends while helping them to make a transition to a new home. Mel was lucky to have an ally in her mom who drove over from the coast to help advise and support her daughter through the sale.  Congratulations Mel!  I’m so happy to have helped you and Norway find a new and bigger home to weather the storm in.
