There is something extra special about helping first-time homebuyers find the place where their story begins—and this closing was the perfect way to wrap up 2025 and welcome 2026.
I was connected with S & J on the afternoon of December 30th, with New Years coming quickly. They had just started their search for a home to call their own, and happened upon the perfect one sooner than planned. After getting pre-approved, we quickly hopped on a call, and the rest was history! Within 24 hours of being connected, these two had their offer accepted and were in contract on their dream home, just hours before the start of 2026.
It was clear why these two had fallen in love with this home. At just two years old, it offers a beautiful open floorplan that was unique among other new construction homes. With a beautifully spacious primary suite on the main level, and a swoon-worthy kitchen to cook in, there was so much that made this home shine. The cherry on top was the multiple parks and playgrounds within the neighborhood for their kiddo to enjoy, and the minimal yard maintenance that means more time spent making memories and less time worrying about upkeep.
We moved quickly to complete inspections and successfully negotiated repairs prior to closing, giving my clients the peace of mind they deserve as they settle in.
These wonderful buyers were my last clients of 2025 and my very first closing of 2026 — truly the best way to begin a new year. Watching them step into homeownership has been such a joy, and I couldn’t be more excited for all the moments they’ll create in this space.
