Finding the perfect home for my amazing buyer was no small feat. I think we looked at 20 home or so before we found the perfect place. When that happened, of course it was a situation where we competing against 11 other offers. Thanks to my very patient and motivated client we were able to be the winning bid. I am so very happy for him as he starts this next chapter. Can’t wait to be invited over when he is all settled.
