Matt & Eleanor and I had been working for over a year to find the perfect home for them. Their family was growing and they wanted the perfect home to grow with them. Their one and half year old son and golden retriever need more space to play. They really wanted something close-in North or Northeast Portland, with a 2 car garage and oversized lot. After a long and tiring search they finally found a fixer with loads of potential.
We made an offer and then found out that it was one of 13. They were nervous, but in the end we got it! Turns out the sellers really wanted the home to go to a family. Matt & Eleanor are excited to fix up the home over time and restore it to its former glory while adding their own touches to make it their perfect family home.
