A Prescription for Happiness

By Living Room Realty, May 4, 2021

Hi, Readers!

Kristin is one of those people who radiates kindness. She has an easy smile you can see and feel, even if it’s covered with a mask.  Her gentle approach and patient ways… her thoughtful responses… it’s no wonder she’s a nurse. A few years back I helped her and her then-partner buy a house. She reached out this spring to let me know they had split up, and she was ready to take on home ownership herself.

Her terrific lender, Shari McKay from Guild Mortgage, made sure she had all the information Kristin needed to make a really solid and confident purchase decision. It’s so important to talk with a lender before you decide to dive in. Understand your purchase power, and if you need to do some work to get yourself primed for the best rates and loan terms.

Kristin knew she wanted to be close to the trails of Mt. Tabor – she had recently adopted a Golden Retriever and going on runs was a favorite pastime. She also wasn’t afraid to do a little work to help make the home shine. We went to work finding her options in this very tight market. When we found a darling bungalow in South Tabor, and she knew she was ready to start her knew chapter. Trust me, you’l

l know when you find it. It’s the best to see it happen.

I’m so happy to see Kristin on this new path, and am grateful for the partnership.

High fives,
