A Tale of Two Homes: How Danielle & Stu Found Their Dream Home in Glenfair

By Living Room Realty, February 22, 2024

Thanks to a referral from a past happy client, my Bridge to Portland Group teammate Genmae Rianelli and I helped guide these sweet first-time buyers through their real estate journey using a VA loan.

Danielle and Stu initially planned to start their search in earnest later in the year, but in January, they found themselves torn between two homes on only their second tour. Sensing their dilemma, we stepped in with expert guidance, asking pivotal questions like, “If you were to get one house over the other, is there one you would regret not buying?” With our help, they confidently chose the perfect home for them and it was time for inspections.

We were able to negotiate several repairs for this couple to help make their house truly move-in ready. After closing, we all celebrated this big milestone together along with their pup and Genmae and I were so happy to hand them the keys to their dream home!

Looking to make a move? I’d love to work with you!
