Tabor is a 1 year old lab who needed a yard. Nirmani and Jayd are his family and were looking for their first home with that yard. We are in the middle of COVID and new ways of doing real estate, meaning wearing masks and gloves during meetings. It’s still new enough to meet someone for the first time that I think we all appreciated that they were referred to me by a past client- that a real person was the thread between us.
They had been looking and doing open house research for a little while when they decided to get serious about buying and called me. We had some good conversations about what they were looking home-wise and where they wanted it to be, when Oregon City came up as a possibility. I am a big fan of Oregon City; the charming downtown along the river, and Willamette Falls in the midst of it all make it a delightful town and it’s not far from Portland.
It didn’t take long to find the perfect house: vaulted ceilings, good light and a large fenced yard. Our offer was accepted and things went so smoothly that Nirmani commented on how easy the whole thing felt. Best thing I could hear!
