Congratulations to the Fox Family! Back in 2017, I had the ultimate pleasure of helping them purchase their very first home in St Johns. And to add more excitement to the occasion, we were on an episode of House Hunters. What an incredible and exciting experience. During the episode, we are seen saying, “ADU potential” an uncomfortable amount of times. Since 2017, their family doubled in size as they welcomed two beautiful babies! In May, we met at their small but mighty home and chatted over burritos about all their options for building out their home, selling their home, and buying a larger home. Then boom, the most perfect remodeled old craftsman in their ideal location came on the market. Long story short, they never added an ADU to their home, but we did find them an awesome home with an actual ADU! No more ADU potential. Actual ADU! I couldn’t be more excited for them to move out of their 792 square foot home and into their large beautiful home with space to entertain! This family is so incredible and deserve all the happiness this new home is bringing them. Cheers to this next chapter!
