When my good friends Paul and Laura reached out to ask me to sell their first home I was thrilled to help.  Not just because of our rapport, but because they are also exceptional stewards.  I would actually go so far to say that Paul is among the most fastidious people I know.  When the time came to list their first home on NE 32nd and NE Prescott we armed my stager Angie with a blank canvas and a couple days later photography was complete.  Making sure we didn’t miss the summer buzz, we got the home on the market in record time and were the recipients of a half dozen offers just days later.  An efficient transaction, limited repair requests and an ahead of schedule closing all came together perfectly!  Congrats Paul and Laura and thank you for your friendship and trust!
