Alameda to Beaumont

Late one evening in April I received a call from prospective clients who had identified a home in Beaumont they wanted to pursue.  Fast forward three hours and we had written their offer and beat out another to secure the home.  What was awesome about this buyer-side story is that not only did we secure this amazing English on one of Beaumont’s best streets, but after some perseverance we were able to negotiate a rare repair concession and quickly close just three weeks later.  While I am sorry to see my neighbors move east to Beaumont, I am so grateful I was able to help them secure their new home.  I look forward to seeing them update and improve it in the coming months!
