This cutie is ready to rock! Being a first time home buyer can be overwhelming, especially in a market as competitive as ours here in Portland. But Maddie took the challenge head-on and triumphed over terminations!
Our first transaction on a sweet lil’ ranch turned sour very quickly once we started inspections. After a heartbreaking negotiation, we were left no choice but to walk away. I thought for sure Maddie would need some time to recover but nope! She was SUCH a trooper and within days, we were back in action!
I’m not big into serendipitous events, but this truly was meant to be.
Today we close on a MUCH better house in every way. Location, layout, double lot, tons of character! Watching Maddie sign was the highlight of my week. I’m so lucky to be a part of this crazy thing called Real Estate.
