When you can’t find that perfect ocean or bay view house in your budget, what do you do? You drive just a few minutes down the road from Manzanita to Bay City Oregon. Next to a nature reserve, we found amazing lots looking straight out to the water with the most beautiful bay views. However, back to the budget question. When the CC&Rs indicate building requirements, you work with the developer and current homeowners to get the CC&Rs changed. While I was skeptical at first, the process really when along quite swimmingly. The key is making the change in CC&Rs a passive activity. If we do not hear from you by the deadline date, we assume you are in agreement. Bingo….done! Next up a great Idea Box house is under way and get ready to take in the bay and sunset views.
