Ever wonder why a house does not sell? This charming 1,260 square foot house was one of those who lingered on the market looking for someone to love it. When Theo and Shelby came along I was showing them fixers for $350K. Then I said there is one house that is in great shape and at a great price. Location 10 minute walk to the village and 5 minute walk to the beach. Come on does it get better? They agreed and saw the value! We made an offer that got accepted with no counters. Easy transaction as the buyers were great to work with, the seller and listing agent were great to work with as well. Sometimes a deal just comes together and feels right. The obvious choice for a solid house at a great price was right here and many people just walk on by and do not take notice.
