Beaumont Neighborhood 1927 Craftsman Bungalow

By Living Room Realty, May 15, 2021

It’s been a long journey for Pat and Nicole.  As their buyer’s agent I helped them understand the nature of the current seller’s market and developed a strategy to compete for the kind of home they sought.

They started to look for a home at the beginning of the year when inventory was historically low. Properties were trickling into the market at a painfully slow pace, but they were driven and methodical, learning what kind of home they wanted and how much it would take to get it.

Spring brought more opportunities, but higher prices, and several of their offers were lost in the barrage of bidding wars and way above asking sales. There were moments of frustration, but they trusted their instincts and our strategy and knew that in time the right home was waiting for them.

Now that time has come! They are so pleased to be the new owners of a beautiful 1927 craftsman bungalow in the Beaumont neighborhood.  Their new home has a gourmet kitchen, vintage built-ins, gleaming hardwood floors, a detached garage and a fabulous floor plan.  And it is so close to the shops and restaurants of Beaumont Village.  Alameda Elementary and US Grant High School.
