Our wonderful client, Shannon, saw a a few nice houses during her search for her first home. There were a couple of properties along the way that were “almost” right but none that absolutely jumped out as JUST RIGHT. Then we showed her this darling, cozy 860 sf ranch in the Mill Park neighborhood of Southeast Portland. The layout was great and the condition was good with many nice updates. But what sealed the deal was the backyard. It has amazing hardscaping and mature “designer” landscaping — much more than one would expect from a petite ranch home. It almost doubles the living/entertaining space! Shannon, and her beloved fur baby, Bobo, have the best of both worlds: cozy on the inside and lush and expansive on the outside.
Congratulations Shanon — we are so excited for you! You quickly rose to the top of the class when it came to house hunting. We know you will do the same when it comes to home ownership!
