We toured your beautiful condo on Belmont and fell in love with the light-filled living room, character and charm. We are looking for a home as we prepare to assist our parents in getting ready for retirement. We have been visiting Portland for the last several years with the family (mom, dad, brother and our two fur-babies, Kevin and Tillman). We enjoy spending the holidays and winter months, eating and exploring the outdoors and the summer riding bikes and hiking. The south east neighborhood has by far fit our craving for parks and good food & drink.
A bit about us:
Karla works in marketing and discovered Portland through her work at Marriott International, representing several properties in downtown Portland. She had the opportunity to also work with many local business, including the visitor’s bureau and theaters.
Dave is a fire captain in southern California and has been able to spend extended time with family and friends in Portland, vacationing between shifts. He also spent time fighting fires last year in southern Oregon.
We hope to have the opportunity to make this condo a place for family gathering and enjoying all of Portland’s beauty!
