Best Friends Make the BEST Clients

I had the pleasure of helping my very closest friends buy a vacation home on the cutest lake in Oregon. A little over a year ago, I helped them purchase an investment property that provided them with good rents. However, this last year with Covid made them re-evaluate their priorities, and they decided they would rather their investment go towards a vacation home that they could share and enjoy with their friends and family.
