We had a recent listing that went pending so fast it surprised us all – agents and seller and sellers family! We have to credit this to the beautiful cooperation of the Seller and her willingness to take direction when prepping and staging her home for market. The picture above is the result of many hands and much hard work – a true labor of love.
One of our first meetings with new clients getting ready to sell their home is to walkthrough and make a list of items that should be removed, areas of the home that could use a bit of shine and some occasional re-arranging of furniture. It really makes a difference! Just ask our seller.
