When I first met Amy and Sky it only took a couple minutes to realize they also share a love of architecture. Their home on NE 51st is among the most storybook craftsman bungalows you will see. After a long standing tenure, a new opportunity drew them eastward. From the 11 offers we received to the 40 plus showings that preceded the offers, we collectively knew we had something special to present to the market. As we are now closed it is wonderful to know that the new stewards recognize the merits of the home and intend to embrace the incredible dynamics of this stretch of 51st avenue. Sad to know we are losing such a great family to Bend, but excited for them to start their new chapter in one of the most magical places in Oregon.
