With bulk bins of everything they make as well as a massive collection of beautiful spices, they have everything you need to make something delicious. Even better than that, let them make something for you! Their restaurant uses their ingredients to make an incredible array of pastries, sandwiches, soups, and a hash brown casserole that would make your grandma proud. They even teach classes and give you tours of their mill where they use an old fashioned stone mill to help keep the integrity of their grains. It’s definitely worth the trek to Milwaukie!
