Brave Buyers Big Win pt. 1

J&R left everyone and everything they new in Florida when they moved to Portland to pursue that PNW life. J is a passionate teacher in one of Portland’s most underserved schools and R is an incredible photographer. It was very important that they find a house they could make their own, as well as a house with great neighbors. For them, it was a HUD house in the Hazelwood Neighborhood that had been vacant for 10-15 years and was left in a pretty bad state. What many people had seen as a complete loss, J&R saw as total potential. This is a photo of them the day they received their keys, I cant wait to showcase all of the beautification and updates that were done over 6 short weeks using a Homestyle Renovation Loan.
