Breaking and entering (your new home)

By Brad Twiss, May 21, 2019

Julia was referred to us by a couple of friends who have bought homes with us. She was a dream to work with and found the perfect house on the first weekend of looking! The transaction was a breeze and, because of that, something had to go wrong. On closing day, the lockbox didn’t work and the seller had locked all of the other keys inside. Fortunately, we had a bathroom window that was cracked open and a Julia had a tall, skinny friend- Spencer. Problem solved!

If you’re looking to buy or sell, drop me a line!

I am an Oregonian, born and raised. I love Portland for the natural beauty, the people, the food, and above all else, the beer. Having spent the formative years of my career in property management, I'm able to help clients quickly and easily evaluate investment properties, as well as offer a seamless transition from acquisition, to capital improvement, management and eventual disposition. I love all my clients, from first time home buyers to investors. Portland is an amazing place, and exciting opportunities exist for every kind of buyer and seller. With every transaction, I plan to make clients for life by providing exceptional care and service, and being available for anything my clients need, well beyond closing. When not working, I enjoy staying fit (lie) and exploring the city with my friends through the consumption of fried food, beer, and whiskey.
