After over two and a half years of working together to find Brenda’s next home, she is the proud owner of a darling home in Multnomah Village! We had literally seen every home in her price range in the Maplewood district and beyond, and with every tour she brightened my day and I got to know exactly what the market offered in my backyard. Every time we would walk through a home she would explore how she “could make it work”, but she and her son deserved more than that and we both knew it. No, the perfect home does not exist at any price point, but with a little patience and perseverance Brenda landed a beautiful, ideally located spot to call home.
