Broker’s OCD is leveraged as an advantage!

By Chad Meier, April 18, 2019

So how obsessive can I get when it comes to the details? Well I’ll tell you this much; I suspect there aren’t many other real estate brokers out there who provide two seperate photography sessions on almost all of their property listings. But this often exactly what I do.

First shoot I do myself (because photography). Second shoot is conducted by a paid pro that I’ve hired to come in and capture their own set of images. Whichever shots end up the most compelling, win.

A little over the top? Sure okay. But I enjoy all aspects of my job, and in the end, my clients typically benefit from this approach, so… ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Here’s are a few sample shots I took for a property that I’m bringing to market this week.

Can you guess which shots I personally triggered the shutter on? I’d love to hear you say you can’t ;^)

Cheers for now!
